roti sandwich
for kids!
How to make it?
- Heat 2 tbsp oil in a large kadai or pan
- Sauté ½ onion, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste and 1 chili until onions shrink slightly
- Add 1 carrot, 4 tbsp cabbage, ½ capsicum and 3 tbsp sweet corn, sauté for a minute
- Add 1 tsp pav bhaji masala, ½ tsp salt, ¼ tsp turmeric and ½ tsp chili powder
- Sauté for a minute
- Mix in 3 tbsp paneer, 2 tbsp tomato sauce and 1 tsp chili sauce and keep aside for few minutes
- Take roti or chapati, spread ½ tsp green chutney on one half and ½ tsp mayo on the other half
- Generously grate cheese over the roti
- Spread the prepared vegetable stuffing on one half, fold the roti in half and press gently
- Spread ½ tsp butter on one side and toast the roti sandwich on a medium-hot tawa
- Toast them until they are golden brown and crisp on both sides
- Let kids enjoy the roti sandwich with sauce

How to make it?
- Cut the leftover rotis into thin strips
- Heat oil in a pan, add finely chopped ginger, garlic and green chilis
- Cook for one minute on low flame
- Add sliced onions, julienne carrots and bell peppers
- Toss and cook on a high flame for 2-3 mins
- You can also add vegetables of your choice like capsicum, cabbage, spring onion etc. Add salt & pepper, schezwan sauce, red chilis sauce, ketchup, vinegar and soy sauce. Give everything a good mix
- Add leftover roti strips and mix them well
- Cook for 2-3 minutes
- Serve hot and healthy roti noodles
